Top Motorcycle Helmets
• Average tensile strength of 7,950 lbs. • Solid rollers and bushings, thru-hardened alloy steel pins and quad staked riveting • Special alloy steel link plates are shot-peened and the outer plates have a gold-colored finish • High viscosity grease is vacuum-injected internally and sealed in with “Super Seal” o-rings • Pre-stressed and pre-stretched to reduce initial chain adjustments and improve performance • Race tested and proven on race tracks all over the world • Suitable for up to 750cc
• An economical high quality solid roller chain, recommended exclusively for motorcycles originally equipped with non O-ring chain • All Tsubaki chains are pre-stressed to minimize initial stretch • Critical parts are heated and shot-peened for greater durability • Average tensile strength of 4,180 lbs
D.I.D’s engineers are continuously improving chain designs in order to handle tremendous horse power loads of today’s high performance motorcycles. In developing the new DID ZVM-X Series, they focused on rigidity. Traditionally, tensile strength has been the bench-mark to indicate overall strength, but tensile strength is only a laboratory static measurement of a chain’s fracture point. Rigidity, on the other hand, is the ability of a chain to withstand the forces that occur in the real world that rider experience. Increased rigidity means better power transfer from the engine to the ground, greater resistance to stretching under load and overall improved performance that meets the demands of our current high-power bikes and the people who ride them.
Features like lightening holes in the sideplates, large-diameter pins, and friction-reducing Quadra-X Rings help ensure high-performance and from 1-1/2 to 2 times increased wear life when compared to a standard O-Ring chain.
The 520 H gold racing chain is optimized towards performance and minimum drag properties for racing requirements. Features gold plating and a special chromized layer on the pins as well as precise, seamless solid bushings and rollers. This chain is used by some of the top riders in the world. Average tensile strength 8,510 lbs. Master Link included
The chain of proven performance. Shot-peened and factory preloaded for maximum strength and long-life. Connecting link included. Made in the U.S.A.
